Nicole has held senior leadership roles with major organisations including the Detmold Group, Ventia, Torrens Connect (Adelaide Metro Trams), Telstra, Fulton Hogan, Spotless, Sportscentre, and Seasuits Australia. Her work has consistently focused on building end‑to‑end HSW frameworks, leading global and national safety functions, and delivering large‑scale cultural and operational transformation.
